About Tamara Stirn

I have always been intuitive and compassionate by nature to everyone who is in my life — including those who stepped in to my life no matter for how long.

I can sense and feel energy: I can know and see. I can also communicate with disincarnated entities who are stuck on the earth plane. To cull my craft and overcome my own intergenerational trauma, I immersed myself early on in yoga, meditation, sound healing, reiki, spirit connecting, breath work, shadow and light work. I also worked closely with recognized energy workers as mentors that were instrumental in helping to unlock my own natural healing capabilities working with light, shadow and energy. Additionally, I have amassed a large collection of healing crystals, stones, singing bowls and more; and utilize them to heal and comfort during sessions.

My childhood was spent on a small dairy farm in Western Wisconsin. I grew up amongst many animals, nature and people. Caring for all helped to heighten my spirit and intuition. Laying hands on a sick animal brought forth loving healing energy and vivid pictures. College was attended for a partial degree in Graphic Design and full degree in K-12 Art Education with a certificate in Adaptive Education. My love of fine art and design brought a need to guide more people. I later left teaching to pursue a career in Corporate. Many roles were held, with connections to many people across the world, but my soul kept tugging at my heels to do more. Engaging with so many people with the ability to connect so personally had been such a gift and always came before any work that needed to happen.

These personal experiences of learning how to connect spiritually and process the information provided some very profound outcomes that have given me the ability to unlock piece by piece to aid in my own healing journey. All of this has allowed me the ability to connect with others effortlessly. These efforts have drawn me closer to the desire of wanting to help as many people as possible locally and worldwide. I have traveled, I have lived in many places, I have immersed myself in every culture I have come in contact with. I am here to help heal, guide, support all of you that are ready on your souls journey in this lifetime as well.

I have done a wide range of training over the years to become a Reiki Master, Certified Sound Healer, Breath Worker and Energy Transmuter. My knowledge and unique modalities also include meditations, mediumship work that allows for experiences of transformation, clarity, and inner peace to help on a healing journey for your mind, body, soul. With a strong passion for everything intention based: I believe that everyone can meditate in their own unique way if given the patience and guidance. Meditations will help greatly in your healing journey as you learn to trust yourself. Solo or group energy/sound sessions include a quiet space to allow you the time to focus on you.

My passion has always been to help others through guidance and support.
My soul purpose in this incarnation is to assist and awaken as many minds and hearts as possible as we transition into the Aquarian age.

I can aid clients through mediumship, sound, breathing, animal whispering, reiki, therapeutic touch, long-distance healing, working with grief, generational trauma, PTSD, fatigue from society norms/career/stress, anxiety and more. I can also help you establish contact with your spiritual guides and learn how to trust your intuition. It has become increasingly important at this time to help people through trauma, PTSD, fatigue from society norms/career/stress and anxiety.
